My heart is heavy today.
Cantus is not helping.
Thought I'd let you all know, that retreat is not an instant fix. Not even for me who so loves this form of self-nurturing.
I'm going to breathe deeply whenever I can today, and remember that
this too shall pass.
That's the best I can do.

Oh Kimberly I feel for you... yes, this too will pass. In the meantime grab on to the tiniest of moments that brings even the tiniest joy; a single pure note of a bird in song; a new leaf trying to burst into life; a droplet -it helps! Every day! xx
