Gratitude - Day 4Gratitude in feeling better when I woke up in the morning. Gratitude in experiencing my client's shift in thinking.Gratitude in hearing from friends and fellow coaches, letting me know they'll be attending Saturday's talk. Gratitude in honoring my body, in finding time to make a healthy salad. Gratitude in remembering to stop, be still, breathe when I was feeling stressed. What made me the most grateful: My taking the time to notice the many things in my life for which I feel gratitude.
